Albert G. Angney died suddenly of heart failure Thursday evening Nov. 21, about 7 o'clock, at his home in Oliver township, just west of the Newport borough line. He and Mrs. Angney had locked up their house and were on their way to prayer-meeting in the Methodist Episcopal church, when, at Sixth and Walnut streets, Mr. Angney took quite sick and said he would return to the house, requesting Mrs. Angney not to turn back on his account. But she returned with him and upon arriving at home he laid down on the cot and in fifteen minutes was dead. Mr. Angney formerly resided in the Cove, but came to Newport in 1881. He is survived by a wife and three grown children. He was in the 71st year of his age.
