In 1920 the Adjemian family emigrated to the United States, arriving in Boston, Massachusetts. The 1926 Naturalization Petition for Roopen George Adjemian states all three of his children were born in Turkey. However, the WPAOG memorial page for George Adjemian states he was born at Aleppo, Syria as does his November 1997 obituary published in the Spokane Spokesman Review.
