Charles A. Eller, 68, widely known Wetzel county farmer, died unexpectedly at 5 o'clock Sunday morning at his home in Proctor district, on Proctor Rural Route 1. He was stricken with apoplexy just after arising from bed Sunday morning.
The body was taken to the Mason funeral home and was returned this afternoon to the late home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Antioch Christian church of which he was a member,
conducted by Rev. O. G. Mozena. Burial will be in Antioch cemetery.
Mr. Eller was born in Wetzel county April 24, 1870. He was married on October 9, 1896 to Miss Ellen Yoho, who survives him, along with the following sons and daughters: Buryl Eller of Taylor's Ridge, Mrs. Neva Ritz of Cameron,
Miss Vera Eller of Charleston, Miss Freda Eller of New Martinsville, Okey, Yonsell and Miss Dolly Eller of Proctor, Sherman Eller of Proctor RFD 1, and Thad Eller at home. Also surviving are the following sisters: Mrs. Elizabeth
Lemons of Cameron, Mrs. Rose Parsons of Moundsville, Mrs. Bessie Kimes of Newark, Ohio, Mrs. Georgia Downs of Hundred, Mrs. Violet Kerns of Fairmont and Mrs. Eva McCracken of Cameron.
