ELLIOTT, JEAN B. - age 85, of Knoxville, passed away Monday, March 3, 2014. She was of the Baptist faith. She was a graduate of Knoxville General Hospital School of Nursing and retired from UT Hospital. She was a member of the Happy Tatters Club. She is preceded in death by her mother, Nova Alma; and father, Curtis Bertram; her husband, William B Elliott; brother, Clayton Bertram and wife Margaret; brother, Lee Bertram. She is survived by; son, William A Elliott, of Rugby, TN; daughter, Elain and husband Tim Crumley of Knoxville, TN; son, Robert Elliott and wife Betty of Knoxville, TN; sister-in-law, Judy Bertram of Jamestown, TN; and sister-in-law, Niota Eggers of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Jackie Killion; UT retired nurses, Ms. Hicks, Martha, Bennie and Nancy; special friends at Wa-ni Village. Special thank you to Tennova Residential Hospice and West Hills Health and Rehabilitation. Receiving of friends will be held Thursday, March 6, 2014, at Woodhaven Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. service with Frank Eppinette, officiating. Interment will be Friday March 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society .
