After graduation from Bosse High School, she attended Lockyear School of Business. She then went to work for General Finance and later became the Regional Supervisor for many years. Diana and her husband formed Codi Enterprise which owned rental property around the city. After retiring from General Finance she worked with him running the business.
Diana was an avid fisherman and was a long time member of the Sportsman Club in Robards, KY where she served on the board in various capacities. During her time there she made numerous lifelong friends. Also, she was active member of St. Anthony's Church and served on various committees. Diana and her husband had the opportunity to travel around the world on several wonderful adventures.
Diana was preceded in death by her husband, William N. Cooper; mother, Marie; father, Arvil; step mother, Lucille; step son, William Gary Cooper; brother, Donnie Bacon and aunt, Nina Buente.
