In about 1885, Frank married Emily Alice (maiden name unknown).
Frank and Alice would have six known children: Thomas Franklin Waller, John Leroy Waller, Edward Virgil Waller, Perry Clem Waller, Myrtle M. Waller, and Mary A. Waller.
The 1900 Federal Census for Justice Precinct 4, Texas (Titus County) shows Frank L. Waller, age 52, born January 1848 in Indiana; and his wife, Emily A., age 39, born October 1860 in Texas. The census shows that Frank and Alice had been married 15 years and had given birth to six children, of which 5 were still living. Living with them were their five children: Thomas F. Waller, age 12, born July 1887; John L. Waller, age 10, born August 1889; Edward V. Waller, age 9, born January 1891; Perry C. Waller, age 6, born December 1893; and Myrtle M. Waller, age 5, born January 1895; all born in Texas.
The 1910 Federal Census for Justice Precinct 8, Texas (Titus County) shows Frank L. Waller, a farmer, age 62, born in Indiana; and his wife, Alice E., age 49, born in Texas. Living with them were four children: John L. Waller, a public school teacher, age 20; Perry C. Waller, a farm laborer, age 17; Myrtle M. Waller, age 15; and Mary A. Waller, age 7; all born in Texas.
The 1920 Federal Census for Durant Ward 3, Oklahoma(Bryan County) shows Frank L. Waller, a grocery store salesman, age 71, born in Indiana; and his wife, Alice, age 59, born in Texas. Living with them were three children: Perry C. Waller, a compress laborer, age 27; Myrtle M. Waller, a telephone operator, age 25; and Mary Waller, a telephone operator, age 16; all born in Texas.
Frank L. Waller died September 25, 1929 in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) and was buried there in the Highland Cemetery.
The 1930 Federal Census for Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) shows Alice E. Waller, age 69, born in Texas. Living with her was a daughter, Mary A. Waller, assistant bookkeeper for the Ford Motor Company, age 27, born in Texas; and a granddaughter, Edna E. Waller, age 17, born in Texas.
Alice died in March 1933 in Durant and was buried in Highland Cemetery beside her husband.
