Bernadine A. "Bernie" Glowacki, 84, Duluth, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at Diamond Willow, Proctor with family at her side. She was born in Melrose, Minn., May 26, 1929, to Henry and Agnes Duevel.
Bernie married the love of her life, Peter Glowacki in a double wedding ceremony with her sister, Marie, June 24, 1950. She was a homemaker and her family came first. Bernie especially loved the time she spent with her grandchildren. She was a longstanding active member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Morgan Park.
She is survived by her children: Jim (Lisa), Bill, Judy (Pat) McDonald and Robert (Karen); sister, Marie Schneider; brothers: Henry and Arnold; and grandchildren: Jamie (Bill) Reichelt, Peter, Anna, Melissa, Michelle, Matthew and Gina.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Michael; infant sister, Katherine; brothers: Aloys, Norbert and Joseph; and sister, Dorothy Koetter.
Burial at Calvary Cemetery.
