John Roeder married Beulah D. Ross 18 May 1919.

Funeral services were held earlier this summer for the Rev. J. L. Roeder, 86, of Beaver Dam, Ky.

The Rev. Roeder died June 26, 1986, in Beaver Dam. Funeral services were held at the Ridgecrest Baptist Church, in Beaver Dam, Ky., the Rev. Jesse Tichner officiating.

Burial followed in the Central Grove Cemetery in Kentucky.

He was a retired Baptist minister and longtime retired oil worker for Phillips Petroleum.

The Rev. Roeder is survived by four daughters, Myrl Leathers, of Olney, Lorean Babock of Hennessey, Okla., June Cottrell and Billie Jo Birkshire, both of Cody, Wyo.; one brother, Cecil Roeder, of McHenry, Ky.; two sisters, Anna Belle Johnson, of Beaver Dam, Ky., and Nell Lipham of Jackson, Miss.

He was preceeded in death by his wife, Beulah D. Ross Roeder; two sons, Willis and Carlis Roeder, and one daughter, Louise Warrick.
John Roeder married Beulah D. Ross 18 May 1919.
