John M. Dryden died at Anniston Memorial Hospital about 1 o'clock this morning after an illness of several months. Mr. Dryden was a life long resident of Cleburne Co., and he was a retired farmer. He was the father of several Anniston residents.
Mr. Dryden is survived by the widow Mrs. Sarah Dryden; five sons, Robert C. of Atlanta, Ga., William H., of New Orleans, Chester and John of Anniston and Hugh of Florida; three daughters, Mrs. Wallace Lindsey of Oxford, Mrs. Harold Crosson of Mobile and Mrs. Ed Gore of Heflin.
