OBIT: Fairmount, March 14 – Paxton Wilson, 86, died at 8:40 p.m. today at his home, 504 North Sycamore street, following a short illness. A retired farmer, Mr. Wilson was a member of the First Friends Church. Surviving are the widow, Melinda, two daughters, Mrs. Ova Dickerson, Montpelier, and Mrs. Esta Vinson, Summitville, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Last rites will be held at 731 South Main St. at 2 p.m. Saturday and burial will be in Park Cemetery. The body will remain at the South Main street address until time for the funeral.
