She was the daughter of Capt. Herman J. Koehler and Anna O'Conner Koehler.

On Tuesday, September 11, 1906, Beatrice Otillie Koehler married Lieut. Edmund Leo Daley at Holy Trinity Chapel in West Point, New York. The ceremony was performed by Mgr. C.G. O'Keefe.

They were the parents of three children.
