Married 2nd: Maggie Weix 2 Nov. 1909 Rock Elm, Wi. Two children; Elvin Joseph Card (1911) and Earl Sherman Card (1913).
Ira and Maggie farmed in and around Rock Elm, Elmwood, and Spring Lake Wisconsin until 1920; then at Planview and Wabasha, Mn. until about 1933.
Ira removed to Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California in 1933 taking up residence with his sister Ida Card (Hicks), doing Carpentry/Construction.
He and Maggie officially divorced in 1936. Ira met Bessie Alice (Vinall) Wallace and they married 9 May 1945 at Wilmington Ca. They retired to Antelope Township, Los Angeles County about 1950 (Hi Vista). Ira passed away 15 May 1959. Burial - Lancaster Cemetery (next to his brother Myrlin).
