Shelley DeAnn Merritt, 40, of Waco, passed away at her home, Monday, December 16, 2013. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, December 21, in China Spring Cemetery with Shelley's friend and Pastor Kevin Powers officiating. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home.
Shelley was born in Waco, Texas, to Daniel O. and Lois Ladell Brock Merritt.
She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Osburn Merritt.
Survivors include her mother, Lois Merritt; brothers, Boyd and Marty Merritt; sister, Lisa Powell; other relatives and many friends.
