He is survived by one daughter, Anna Laura Drury of Paducah; two sons, William F. Alexander, Jr., of Oxford, Florida, and Richard O. Alexander of Hickory; seven sisters, Eva Ayers and Essie Wyatt, both of Folsomdale, and Elizabeth Wurth, Gladys Rose, Etna Bloomingburg, Dessie Samsil and Dorothy Herndon, all of Lone Oak; three brothers, Roscoe Alexander of Lone Oak, Ernest Alexander of Lansing, Illinois, and Eugene Alexander of Folsomdale; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie E. Young Alexander. His parents were Alfred and Laura Warner Alexander.
