Salvador Arcuri, called Samuel or Sam his whole life, was born in Louisiana, the son of Dominick Arcuri and Lucille "Lucy" (Plescia) Arcuri. Sam and his wife Luella Arcuri were robbed and murdered in their LaPlace home, truly innocent victims of a serial killer.
