Montine Casey Rowland, 80, of Paragould died Friday, September 30, 2005 at Rector Health Care Center. She was born December 30, 1924 in Enola, Arkansas. She was a retired Medical Secretary, and a member of the Winfield United Methodist Church in Little Rock. She was a member of the United Methodist Women.

She was a retired Medical Secretary. She was a Business and Secretarial student at Bryan's Business College in Hot Springs. She was a charter member of Phi Sigma Alpha Sorority. She was presented woman of year in 1975, and 1982, by her sorority sisters. She was truly devoted to her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Thomas Rowland; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Linda Kearbey of Fayetteville, one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Keith Evans of Paragould; four grandchildren; David Kearbey, Lankster, Kyle and Kayci Evans, five nieces and five nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Artie Cato Casey; one brother and four sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 3, at the Heath Colonial Chapel, with Rev. Terry Songer and Rev. Glenn Burkes officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-9:00 p.m. - Sunday, October 2, 2005 at Heath Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to the Greene County Rescue Squad.
