William Chadwick Evelsizer, 79, Umatilla, Fla., formerly of Bloomington, died Sunday (Nov. 3, 2013) in Florida.
He was born Nov. 26, 1933 in Bloomington to Perle L. and Marguerite Walsh Evelsizer. He married Ann K. Staubus on March 28, 1953 in Eldorado, Arkansas. She passed away Feb. 12, 1997. He was also preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by four children, Angela K. (Robert) Burton, Philip L. "Chip" (Zoe) Evelsizer, Kimberly A. Sprague and Katie D. Madden; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one sister, Sandra (Charles) Shillington.
He served in the U.S.Army.
