'MRS. KENNEDY PASSES AWAY" - Well-Known Resident of Clifford Dies - Funeral Wednesday.

Mrs. Delana Kennedy, 85 widow of Ezekiel Kennedy, died at 3 o'clock this morning at her home in Clifford. She had been an invalid for three years and had been confined to bed most of the time.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the family home. The casket will be open at the home from Tuesday noon until time of services. Burial will be made in Liberty Cemetery.

Mrs. Kennedy spent practically all her life in the Clifford community and her husband for many years was postmaster there. He died in 1922. She was a member of the Clifford Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Miss Effie Kennedy, with whom she lived, and a son, Joe Kennedy, superintendent of mails at the Columbus post office and a sister, Mrs. Etta Hawkins of this city."
