WILLEY, Jacqueline "Jackie" Eggleston, 73, of Henrico, passed away October 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarke R. Willey Jr.; and brother, H. Duane Eggleston. She is survived by a brother, Col. (Ret.) Telford S. Eggleston (Pat) of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Elizabeth E. Jenkins of Hopewell, Va. and Jeanne E. Napier (Stuart) of Manakin-Sabot, Va.; stepson, Dan M. Willey (Irma) of Raleigh, N.C.; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, all of whom were very special to her. Jackie began her career as a secretary at Reynolds Metals Company, followed by several years as a secretary and office manager at OCE Corporation. For a number of years, she worked at the General Assembly. Most recently she worked as the secretary at Richmond Council Navy League. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel. A chapel service will take place at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 24, followed by interment at Forest Lawn. Memorial donations may be made to the Richmond Council Navy League, P.O.
