Joseph T. Halusky, 80, of Youngstown died Saturday, Sept 4, 1993, In the Bethlen Home for the Aged, Ligonier, Township. He was born Nov. 18, 1912, In Latrobe, a son of the late Stanley and Mary (Kulakosky) Halusky. He was a graduate of Latrobe High School, Class of 1932. Prior to Retirement in 1976, he was employed by Kennametal Inc. as a millwright for 26 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Youngstown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lenora E. Stumpf Halusky, In 1985 and a brother, Alexander. Surviving are a son, Joseph G. of Jacksonville, Fla.; a brother, Anthony of Cooperstown; two sisters Mrs. Francis (Pauline) Diss and Mrs. Michael (Helen) Ciocco, both of Latrobe, and two grandchildren, Donia L. and David R. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m. Tuesday in Dell _ Frederick Funeral Home Inc., 1543 Ligonier Street, Latrobe, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Michael McKay, OSB, of St. Vincent Basilica officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Unity Township. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
