CHARLES W HUMRICHOUSE died last evening at Springfield Farm, near Williamsport.
He was the son of the late William H and Annette (Hart) Humrichouse. He was born in Baltimore, educated at private and public schools there, and at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania.
For some years he was associated with his father in the wholesale sugar and coffee business in Baltimore. In the fall of 1906 he became associated with the sales department of W H Edgar & Son of Detroit, Michigan, (sugar merchants), and for the last 14 years he has been manager of their New York office.
Since his retirement last April, he has lived with his sister, Mrs. William E P Duvall, at Springfield Farm.
Besides Mrs. Duvall, he is survived by a sister, Mrs. A Macomb Campau, Detroit, Mich; and a brother, Minford Humrichouse, Haverford, Pa.
Services Friday at 2:30 pm at C M Suter and Sons Funeral Home with Rev C W Huddle officiating; interment in Rose Hill Cemetery.
