Solomon Winfred Davis, age 89, of Pine Bluff, passed Saturday, October 19, 2013.
Born November 15, 1923 in Grapevine, he was a son of the late Charlie and Laura Davis.
He served in the United States Army during World War II, and retired from Ben Pearson.
A member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church, Pine Bluff, he also attended Finneyville Church at Star City.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife Ernestine Davis, and his daughter Joyce Boyd.
