CULLMAN --- (Special)---Funeral services for Newton E. Stidham, 65 ,of Cullman 9, who died in the Cullman hospital January 30, following an illness of several weeks were held Sunday February 1st at 2 P. M. from Simcoe Baptist church with the Rev. W. M. Cook conducting, assisted by the Rev. W. O. Hunt. Interment was in the church cemetery, Drinkards Brown Service in charge.
Surviving are his wife, three sons, Reuben, Willie and Noah Stidham; four daughters, Mrs. Vennie Harris, Mrs. Gracie Chumley, Mrs. Annie Burks, Mrs. Lois Haynes.
