Mrs. Bacchus, 93, Dies;
Ex-Schenectady Resident
FULTONVILLE - Mrs. Elizabeth
Marlette Bacchus, 93, a
former longtime Schenectady
resident, died early yesterday
at the Highland Nursing Home,
Gloversville, where she had
been a patient since 1967.
Mrs. Bacchus was born in
Fultonville and after her marriage
to Albert Bacchus, moved
to Schenectady.
Shortly after the death of her
husband, she moved back to
Fultonville and lived there until
coming to Gloversville about
15 years ago.
Survivors are three sisters,
Mrs. Samuel David of Gloversville,
Mrs. Peter Morford and
Mrs. David Baldwin, both, of
Fultonville, and nieces, nephews
and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted
at 2 p.m. tomorrow in
the Todd Funeral Home which
will open after 7 p.m. for those
wishing to visit.
Burial will be in Maple Avenue Cemetery."
Note: Elizabeth was married to John McMahon (mentioned in Elizabeth's parent's obits) first
