BOKOSHE Fred E. Brooks, 91, of Bokoshe died Wednesday, April 19, 2006, in Fort Smith. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Bokoshe with burial at Old Bokoshe Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy; two daughters, Trish Phillips of Bokoshe and Debbie Lockhart of Bentonville; two sons, Butch Brooks of Fort Smith and Larry Brooks of Bokoshe; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Mike Brown, Lary and Gary Carver, Bryan Feero, and Paul and Rick Rees.
