Cornelio, of Lyden, was predeceased by his wife Josefita Segovia; sister Rachel Baca; sons: Ruben and Joe Segovia; daughter Della Griego; and grandson Joe Roy Segovia.

Cornelio was survived by daughters: Rose Segovia and Charlotte Aragonez (husband Alvaro) of Lyden; sons: Eremenes Segovia (wife Becky) of Española and Pete Segovia of Lyden; 16 grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were on 19 Dec 2003 at Block-Salazar Mortuary. Burial followed in the Apostolic Cemetery in Velarde.
