Mom, I will never stop missing you until we are together again. I am forever thankful you are my Mom. You taught us to respect people, be responsible, love unconditionally and appreciate life to the fullest. You were there for me every step of the way and the strength I got from you was tremendous.

I miss talking to you and asking questions. You were so artistic and creative in everything you did. Your grandchildren and great grandchildren are absolutely amazing. Shawna is teaching Marquee what you taught her when she was growing up. I learned so much from you and miss you terribly. I remember you playing the piano for us growing up and cry every time I hear a song that reminds me of you.

I was so blessed to have you and Dad for my parents.

I love you Mom.

SAFELY HOME

I am in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
There is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light.
All the pain and grief is over,
Every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely Home in Heaven at last.
Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the Valley of shade?
Oh! But Jesus' Love illumined
Every dark and fearful glade.
And He came Himself to meet me
In that way so hard to tread;
And with Jesus' arm to lean on,
Could I have one doubt or dread?
Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I Love you dearly, still;
Try to look beyond earth's shadows,
Pray to trust our Father's Will,
There is still work waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now while life remaineth
You shall rest in Jesus' land.
When, that work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home;
Oh, the rapture of that meeting,
Oh, the joy to see you come.
