Bill had a talent for woodworking craftsmanship and enjoyed making household items for family and friends. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed listening to games of the Sacramento Kings. In 1988 he enjoyed a trip to the Soviet Union with his sons including a visit to the village of Krutyye Gorby, Ukraine, bithplace of his mother and grandfather. He especially enjoy family reunions and picnics sharing stories with everyone of his life in North Dakota and California. He was a dedicated family man and will be best remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
