The infant son of Mary Emily Oliver and Darling Barber Yates
Buried on the Outz Property that once belonged to The Yates' during the Civil War. The grave is out in a field where the cattle graze and over the rise, beneath a little grove of trees, moss covered, with broken pottery scattered over the little grave.

This little baby boy does have a name after all, recorded in the Bible of Thomas Ely Yates the oldest son of Darling Barber and Mary Emily Yates was all the birth dates of all the brothers and sisters. The last child recorded is John Franklin Yates believed to be the child buried in this same location with his father Darling Barber Yates.
