Emma Elizabeth Wooten, 87, of Newton Grove died Sunday, July 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by daughters, Peggy D. Brown and Linda D. House.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel, Newton Grove, by the Rev. Kelvin Blackman. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Paul J. Wooten; grandchildren, Allen House and wife Cynthia of Clinton, Terry Brown and wife Mac Ellen of Newton Grove, Deanna Tew and husband David of Newton Grove; great-grandchildren, Eric and Makayla House, Nicole Brown, Marcus Gregory, Tera, Kaitlin and Madelyn Tew; five great-great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Wrench of Godwin; and son-in-law, Jack Holden of Newton Grove.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service.
