Mrs. R. L. Myers, 83, of 405 Hammack Dr., died at her residence Wednesday. She had been an Austin resident since 1965 and was a member of North Looop Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Stanley Lewis of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Cecil Faktor of Beeville and Mrs. Oma Crawford of Austin; six sons, John Myers, Clyde Myers, Robert Myers and Audra Myers, and Neal Myers of Austin and Eldridge of Pasadena, California; two brothers John Allman and Jim Allman of Corpus Christi; two sisters, Mrs. Ora Jackson of Liberty Hill and Mrs. Laura Jackson of Burnet; 25 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Weed-Corley Funeral Home with Minister T.E. Morris officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be George Hoker, Bennie Beard, Bob Beard, Vonnie Tucker, Sam Means, Herman Chrisner.
