Cause of death: Sepsis from a ruptured appendix.
Walker B. Comer, 37, employee of the Ramsey Furniture Company and residing at Bassett, Va., passed away Wednesday evening following a brief illness.
The remains were carried to Grayson county where interment was to take place this morning. He was a native of that county.
Surviving are his wife and several little children.
