Dudley Adkins Dalzell, 86, was found dead in his room in the home of his daughter-in-law Mrs. William Dalzell, in the Long Lick section of Scott County. The service will be held at the Long Lick Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. Orlie Hale of Williamstown. Interment will follow in the family cemetery at Long Lick. Mr. Dalzell's death was attributed to a heart attack. He was badly burned about the head when he fell against the open fireplace in which a fire was burning. Mr. Dalzell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Susan Dalzell, a daughter Mrs. Fannie Fugett, and two sons, William Dalzell and Buford Dalzell.
