Advices received by relatives in Harlem announce the death of Alonzo Smith, a well-known resident of that place, who was under medical treatment at Seattle for appendicitis. Mr. Smith had been a resident of the Milk River Valley since 1892 and was the owner of some of the most valuable hay ranch property in the vicinity of Harlem.
Age 54 years.
