Marion A. Kipp
Marion A. Kipp, 75, of 325 West B, died March 13, 1988, at Hutchinson Hospital. Born March 31, 1912, at Broughton, he married Hattie "Juhnke" Blackmore March 6, 1944, at Ponca City, Oklahoma. He was employed in the shipping department at Cessna Fluid Power Division before retiring in 1978. At the time of his death, he was employed by Wells Fargo as a security guard at Cessna. He had been a longtime Hutchinson resident.
He was a member of American Legion Lysle Rishel Post No. 68 and was a World War II Navy veteran.
Survivors: wife of the home; half-sister, Emma Henton, Huachuca, Ariz.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may go to the American Heart Association.
Marion is my mother's 1st cousin.
