Daughter of Nels J & Valborg Sandstel. @ an early age her parents moved to North Dakota. She grew up on a homestead near Landa, ND. Confirmed in the Lutheran faith. On Oct 1 1916 she married Andrew J. Scott of Letcher, SD. They farmed for a number of years, until 1937 & moved to Tacoma, WA. She was proceded in death by her husband, Andrew,a son, Wallace K in infancy, parents & sisters, Julia, Lottie, Sophie, Josephine & Myrtle.
