Mrs. Minnie Kayser, 97, one of Lima's oldest residents, died at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at her home, 817 Greenlawn-av, following an illness of three weeks.

Mrs. Kayser was born in Koresson, Germany, and had been a resident of Lima 72 years. She was the widow of Andrew Kayser.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. William Mumaugh, 339 W. Grand-av; Mrs. Charles Fuller, 121 W. Haller-st; a son, Joseph, with whom she resided; 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

She was a member of the St. John's Catholic church and the Altar and Rosary society of the church.

The body will be removed from the Hogenkamp funeral home to the residence late Thursday afternoon. Requiem high mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. John's church with the Rev. Albert A. Fate as celebrant. Burial will be in Gethsemane cemetery.
