Charleston - Funeral service for Minnie Mae Upchurch, formerly of Charleston will be held today at the McMikle Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery.
Mrs. Upchurch, 61 years old, died Monday at the Sikeston Health Care Center.
She was born Jun. 18, 1931, at Charleston, the daughter of Luther Ray and Mae Belle Duvall Sherrion.
She married Homer Upchurch in June 1973. He died Jan. 11, 1990.
She was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church here.
Survivors include a brother, Charles Sherrion; three stepsons, Edward, Sammy and James Upchurch; three stepdaughters, Martha Primrose, Rosie Reed and Roberta Parham.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
