He was born on Nov 29, 1921 in Hegins Twp, Schuylkill County, Pa. a son of the late Arthur R and Hannah M (Snyder) Deibler.
He was a 1939 graduate of the former Hegins Township High School.
He served as a Master Sgt in the Army Air Corps in the European, African, and Middle Eastern Theatres during World War II. He recieved the Distinguished Flying Cross.
He was a life member of the Valley View Gun Club; and a member of the Elks Lodge of Ashland, the Valley View VFW, and the Valley View Fire Company.
He is survived by a sister Mary Alice Crabbe of Charleston, South Carolina and by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Private graveside services where held at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Valley View.
