Asa Durrett, 67, of Sandoval, Illinois. a native of Green County, died at his home on February 18, 1962.
A veteran of World War I, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willis Durrett and was born at Eve, Kentucky, August 15, 1895.
Survivors include four brothers: James, Jack, Otha and Levi Durrett; a sister Mrs. Tom (Rosie) Milby, all of Green County.
Funeral services were held in Sandoval. Those attending from here were: James Durrett, Mr. and Mrs. Otha Durrett, Rose Milby, C.D. and Alfonso Durrett, Arlene and Alvin Estes, Calvin Durrett, Ann Milby, Gene Shelton and Robert Beams.
