Obituary: Lester Terry Dobbe, age 53, died Friday, October 23, 1992 at his residence in Rosholt. He was born December 15, 1938 in Rosholt, the son of the late Lester Myron Dobbe and Dagney (Bestul) Dobbe. On April 2, 1960 he was united in marriage to Karen Maahs in Wittenberg. She survives. Lester was a U.S. Army Veteran. Survivors include his mother and wife; one son, Lance (Julie) Dobbe, Stevens Point; two daughters, Leigh (Corey), Eau Claire and Renee Dobbe, Wausau; four grandchildren; one brother, Paul (Karen) Dobbe, Wittenberg; and one sister, Sylvia (Ralph) Lau, Wisconsin Rapids. Funeral services were held October 26, 192 at Faith Lutheran Church, Rosholt. The Rev. Tom McFarland officiated. Interment was in Forest Home Cemetery, Wittenberg.
