*By invitation a few friends assembled at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Freeling House on Monday evening to extend their congratulations and good wishes to their son, Myron E., who was united in marriage to Miss Stella Shaw, of Hagadorn Hill, at four o'clock Monday afternoon at the home of the bride...A beautiful lunch was served which consisted of cakes, fruits, candy, nuts, etc...Mr. and Mrs. House will reside in our place and a hearty welcome is extended. - Scrapbook newspaper clipping, undated, newspaper not identified (perhaps Candor Courier).
Myron died while working at a sawmill in West Danby, NY...The mill had been owned by 3 generations of the HOUSE Family (Jehiel House, his son-in-law Freling House "who was a distant cousin of Jehiel's daughter Mary", and Myron Elmer House)...Also, Myron had a feed store on the property...
