John Moore died in 1830 and in 1834 Susan married Isaac Shepperd. This marriage ended in separation with Susan moving to Lincoln County, Kentucky in 1860. Her daughters Evaline & Sarah both lived in Stanford.
Susan died March 4, 1868 in Lincoln County and is buried alongside of daughter Sarah Moore Craig in Buffalo Springs Cemetery, in Lincoln County.
