Louis W. Boda, 68, of 612 Dewey avenue, died this morning at 7:15 in St. Elizabeth's hospital, Granite City.

He was born March 11, 1877, reaching the age of 68 years, 9 months and 10 days. He is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Boda. His wife, Mrs. Louis Boda, preceded him in death.

The deceased is survived by four brothers, William Boda of Fruit Station; Fred, Charles and John Boda of Edwardsville, and three sisters, Mrs. John Schmitt, Mrs. Ralph Weaver and Mrs. Charles Slezinger, all of Edwardsville.

He was affiliated with the Eden Evangelical church.

The body will lie in state at the Straube funeral home until 12 noon Sunday when it will be taken to the Eden Evangelical church for services at 2 p.m. The Rev. H.J. Bredehoeft will have charge of the services. Burial will be in St. Boniface cemetery.
