Marjorie A. Schreiber, 82, Altoona, died Wednesday afternoon at her residence.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leo E. and Rose M. (Loeb) Schreiber.
Surviving are a brother, Lawrence and wife, Linda, of Altoona; Lawrence's children: Lynne, Michael and Scott; and her late brother Leo's children: David, Leann, Bill, Susan and Patty.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Leo, and wife, Shirley; and a brother, Richard.
Marjorie was a 1948 graduate of Altoona Catholic High School, and she was a retired assistant office manager for Commercial Credit. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and sang in the choir.
Marjorie enjoyed gardening. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed her sports, especially the Pittsburgh Penguins, Steelers and Pirates and the Cardinals, and going out to lunch with her friends. She loved her animals, especially her cat, Sassy, and her dog, Brandy.
Friends will be received from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 22, 2013, at Stanley J. Krish Funeral Home Inc., 1204 17th St., Altoona. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Altoona. Committal will be at Calvary Cemetery.
