The funeral of Miss Dellie B. Hancock, 74, is being held this afternoon from her late home, 273 Amboy Avenue, Woodbridge at 3 o'clock.

Miss Hancock died Wednesday after a long illness.

Interment will be in Hazelwood Cemetery, Rahway.

The deceased is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Isodene Schureman and Mrs. W. L. Harned of Woodbridge and Mrs. Theodore Drake of Highland Park.
