Florence F. Fulton, 93, of Brighton Township, formerly of Harmony Township, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013, in Friendship Ridge.

Born May 27, 1919, in Ambridge, a daughter of the late Frank and Madeline Mutchler Hacker, she was a retired cosmetician with the former Thrift Drug Store in Ambridge. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rochester, and was a former member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Ambridge, where she had been baptized, confirmed and married. She was past president of the former Harmony Civic Club. Florence enjoyed playing cards, reading and having dinner with the 'Pearl Ladies.' She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, David C. Fulton, in 1999; a sister, Ruth Stoffel, and two brothers, Frank and George Hacker.

Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, David A. and Judy Fulton, Humble, TX; a daughter and son-in-law, Eileen and Walter Van Dyke, Brighton Twp.; a grandson, David F. Van Dyke, Morgantown, WV; two granddaughters, Jody Lynn Fulton and her husband Rick Telesco, Mount Lebanon, and Carrie F. Miller and her husband Chris, Humble, TX; three great-grandchildren, Annabel Judith Telesco and Reed Richard Telesco, both of Mount Lebanon, and Camden Fulton Miller, Humble, TX; a sister-in-law, Doris Hacker, Economy, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the WILLIAM MURPHY FUNERAL HOME INC., 349 Adams St., Rochester, where a service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Gregory S. Clagg, her pastor, will officiate.

Interment will follow in Economy Cemetery.

The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Front Entrance Building Fund, 393 Adams St., Rochester, PA 15074
