Funeral services for William Jacob Noe, 77, were held from the Wellington Church of the Nazarene Thursday afternoon, June 13 at 3:30 o'clock.
Mr. Noe was born in Tennessee on August 23, 1858, and passed away here Wednesday evening at 7:30 o'clock. He was 77 years, nine months and 19 days of age.
He resided in this county for the past nine years and had many friends in this section. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by ten children: P.E. Bawcom and W.H. Bawcom, stepsons, both of Wellington; T.F. Noe, son, Lubbock; E.F. Noe, son, Wichita Falls; Mrs. W.T. (Martha) Skinner, daughter, Buffalo Springs; R.C. Noe, son, Houston; James Martin Noe, son, Malden, MO; Mrs. Mary Bell Estes, daughter, Houston; Mrs. Essie Davenport, daughter, Okemah, OK; Mrs. Nell Gordon, daughter, Yellville, AR.
