Rosamond Matron; Passes Away
Elsie Margaret Jensen, age 46, a resident of Rosamond, died on Sept. 21 in the Mojave Hospital after being admitted eight days earlier.
She was born in Michigan on June 14, 1907 and she and her family had been residents of the area for the past three years. Mrs. Jensen is survived by her husband, Joseph B. Jensen, a daughter and reportedly two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 24, at 11:00 a.m. under direction of Mumaw Funeral Home in Lancaster with burial in Lancaster Cemetery.
