Orlean Williams McRight
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 27 in Jackson, for Mrs. Orlean Williams McRight, 77, a native of Kilmichael. Mrs. McRight, the widow of William Estell Williams, also a native of Montgomery County, is survived by her second husband, Mr. Ed McRight of Memphis.
Other survivors include three sons, Fred E. Williams of Ocean Springs, J. W. Williams of Memphis, and Paul Williams of Bryan, Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Bess McNeill of Memphis, and Mrs. Eliose Allen, Mrs. Mildred Allen, and Mrs. Katherine McCabe of Greenwood; a brother, William Dismukes of Kilmichael; and six grand-children.
Dr. W. Douglas Hudgins and Rev. Joe Triplett officiated. Burial was in Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson. Mrs. McRight was a member of First Baptist Church in Jackson where she had resided prior to moving to Memphis.
Pallbearers were Dennis Williams, Charles W. Dismukes, Adrain Williams, Woodrow Williams, Jr., Bob Grobe, Paul Smith, David Rainey and Jim Glenn.
